Acceptance
By accessing or using Zozland, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to use the service. Keep your login information secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting it, you grant Zozland a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual, violent, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. Do not spam, impersonate others, exploit animals, harass members, interfere with the service, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access. Detailed expectations appear in our Community Guidelines.
Moderation
Zozland may review reports, restrict distribution, remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Members can report content and block accounts from within the mobile app.
Radio and third-party services
Zozland may provide audio streams and links to third-party maps or services. Availability may change, and third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Service availability
We work to keep Zozland available, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, Zozland disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Account termination and deletion
You may stop using Zozland at any time and may delete your account from the app. Instructions are available on our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
