Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Zozland account in the mobile app or send us a deletion request without reinstalling the app.

Delete from the mobile app

Open Zozland and sign in.
Tap your profile photo, then choose App settings.
Open Account & Privacy, choose Delete my account, and confirm.

Deletion initiated in the app begins immediately and cannot be undone.

Request deletion on the web

If you no longer have access to the app, email our privacy team from the address connected to your Zozland account. Include your username so we can identify and verify the account.

What will be deleted

Your account profile and associated user content, including posts, uploaded media, comments, social connections, and messages, will be deleted or de-identified as supported by the service.

Processing and retention

Email requests are verified and ordinarily completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Retained information is not used to continue providing a public profile.
