By using Zozland, you agree to these Terms.

Zozland is a social platform focused on animals, nature, wildlife, positive stories, and uplifting content. Our goal is to create a friendly and respectful space without politics, hate, harassment, or unnecessary negativity.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abusive purposes, or misuse the platform.
You are responsible for the photos, videos, comments, messages, and other content you post on Zozland.
You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant Zozland a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

Zozland does not store your full payment card information. Payment processing is handled securely by the applicable payment provider.

Zozland may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, payments, notifications, authentication, maps, and other functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zozland shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zozland after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
